Integrating Peers into the HIV Care Team presentation

This presentation on implementing peer programs to keep HIV+ clients in health care was presented at the 2008 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Conference August 2008 as an institute consisting of three 45-minute workshops.  Topics include funding strategies, developing goals, and creating an implementation plan for your peer program, with examples from 3 peer programs at Harlem Hospital, Kansas City Free Health Clinic and WORLD.
